By using our products and services, you agree that you have read, understood and be bound by our Terms and Policy. You must be at an legal age to form a binding contract, or received permission from your guardian whom agrees to our Terms and Policy on your behalf. You agree that your registration and your use of our products and services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are an entity, organization, or company, the individual accepting these Terms and Policy on your behalf warrants that they have authority to bind you to these Terms and Policy.

User Content. Any original content you provide to us is owned by you and is protected by copyright and any other applicable intellectual property laws. By providing user content, you warrant that you are the creator and owner of the content, or have the necessary licenses and rights. You must not submit any content if you are not the owner of or are not fully authorized to grant rights in all of the elements of that content. In addition, the content you provide must not infringe, violate, misappropriate, or otherwise breach any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property, contract, or proprietary right. It must not slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other personm or cause Speakperfect to violate any law or regulation or require us to obtain any further licenses from or pay any royalties, fees, compensation or other amounts or provide any attribution to any third parties. Your cintent could not be deemed by a reasonable person to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. We disclaim all liability in connection with User Content. You are solely responsible for any consequence of providing your content via our products and services. We reserve the right to remove any content from your account at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, if someone alleges you contributed that content in violation of our Terms and Policy), in our sole discretion, and without notice.

User Activity. You are responsible for all your activity in using our products and services. All your usage of our porducts and services, including any saved or generated content, must comply with the law. You are not authorized to use our products and services in a manner prohibited by applicable laws. We are not responsible for your illegal activity. You also agree that you will not use our products and services in a manner that is fraudulent or threatening or jeopardizes the security of your account or anyone else. Attempts, in any manner, to undermine the security of any accounts on our platform, or to obtain the source code or underlying proprietary information, or any violation or tempering of any computer network or encryption is strictly prohibited.

Registration. You need to register an account to access certain features of Speakperfect. You are required to provide and verify your email address when creating an account with us. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, and that you will keep it accurate. You will also need to create a password during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account is no longer secure, please notify us immediately at pluk.ai.official@gmail.com.

Payments. Certain features of our products and services may require a paid subscription tier. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. We reserve the right to determine and adjust pricing for any feature of our products and services. If we introduce additional fees or charges, we will give you advance notice before they apply by the subsequent billing cycle. We may also make promotional offers to any customer which, unless made to you, will not apply to your pricing or these Terms and Policy. We do not directly collect payment information and uses Stripe to process all payments. Our subscription plans may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges. The subscription plans will begin on the day you are billed and continue for your selected subscription period, and will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration as the initial period. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time, and you must cancel your Subscription Service before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic subscription fee to your account. We may suspend or terminate access to our products and services, including any paid feature for accounts where any amount is due but unpaid. If your payment method is no longer valid at the time of subnscription renewal, we reserve the right to delete your account without any liability to you.

Data. Any data collected from you will only be used to provide you the services that you have subscribed to and to continually enhance your experience on our platform. All information collected will be retained only for as long as your account remains in existence. It is encrypted and will not be visible or accessible to any user on our platform other then you. We only share information with your consent, to comply with legal requirements, to filfill business obligations or to provide you with products and services. We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information to improve our products and services. If, at any point, you wish to have your data deleted from our database, you may make a request by contacting us directly. Please send an email to pluk.ai.official@gmail.com, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Indemnity and Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of our products and services, and you will defend and indemnify Speakperfect, including its shareholders and employees from and against every claim brought by a third party, and any related liability, damage, loss, and expense, including attorneys fees and costs, arising out of or connected with your unauthorized use of, or misuse of, our products and services or your violation of any portion of these Terms and Policy or third-party right. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Speakperfect be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the products and services or any materials or content on our platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not any entity associated with Speakperfect has been informed of the possibility of damage.

Modification. We may update our Terms and Policy at any time. Please check periodically for changes. Revisions will be effective immediately except that, for existing users, material revisions will be effective 30 days after posting or notice to you of the revisions unless otherwise stated. We may require that you accept modified Terms and Policy in order to continue to use our products and services. If you do not agree to the modified Terms and Policy, then you should remove your content and account and discontinue your use of our products and services.
